We at partingthemist.net strive for customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with our products and services. We will refund your purchase of products 100%. Services must be considered on each individual basis and subject to all other requirements under Terms of Services.
Terms Of Service: One-half of the total fee for service ("the deposit") is required when event(s) are booked/scheduled. 100% of deposit will be refunded if event(s) are canceled thirty day's prior to the scheduled event(s). Half of deposit will be refunded if event is canceled two-weeks before scheduled event(s). No refund of deposit will be made if event is canceled less than two-weeks before scheduled event(s). If event is canceled in less than two-weeks prior to the scheduled event, we offer you the opportunity to use the deposit to schedule another event. The event must be scheduled at time of cancellation and can not exceed one year. Unless agreed upon by partingthemist.net et al.
Refund Exceptions: No refund will be made on Holiday Surcharges for cancellations. No refund will be made for New Years Eve Bookings after September 30 of each year.

You may petition for a partial refund of fees after Service has been rendered for the scheduled event.
The amount if any refunded will depend on circumstances for request, expense involved such as
travel, cost of materials etc.. A determination will be made and you will be notified of the results of your petition.
Refunds Due to: illness, injury, accident, sever weather, natural desaster or act of God or damage to ceremony site caused by afore mentioned will be handled in the following manner. One of the other Reverend Officiant's will be provided to Officiate the Event or you may apply the deposit to another date if the date you choose is available and not previously booked. If date is booked and that is the only date you will book your event A refund will be granted of deposit  less any expenses incurred.
